FOGG Alert – April 10, 2008

This is a reminder of the very important public meeting – a Development Criteria Workshop for Seawall Lot 351 – sponsored by the Port of San Francisco, which will be held MONDAY, APRIL 14 from 5:30PM – 7:30PM in the Port Commission Meeting Room, 2nd floor of the Ferry Building. FOGG needs to have as large a turnout as possible.  The supporters of Simon Snellgrove’s proposed development at 8 Washington Street, we are sure, will be well represented.

We hope FOGG supporters will show up and express their desire to keep Seawall Lot 351 under the continued constraints of Public Trust, and, the need to save our open recreational space – the Golden Gateway Tennis & Swim Club.

Remember, Mr. Snellgrove cannot build private condominiums on Seawall Lot 351 unless it is removed from the Public Trust.

FOGG is seeking your support to attend this important meeting.

If you wish to do more and be an ‘active participant’ please contact Lee Radner at leeradner@sbcglobal.net, or call 415-986-2896.  We will provide you with additional material and talking points to assist in your participation.

This Workshop could be a turning point in our efforts to save the Club.

Thanks for joining in.  Your commitment is important.
