FOGG ALERT – June 7, 2012

FOGG COMMUNITY MEETING

This is FOGG’s first ALERT concerning a very important Community meeting to be held at L’Olivier Restaurant at 465 Davis Court on Saturday, June 16, 2012 at 11:00 am.

We ask that you attend and participate in support of our effort.

In one word “REFERENDUM”.

FOGG and its many Coalition partners intend to put on the November 2012 ballot a REFERENDUM.  Its purpose is to ask the citizens of San Francisco to vote on whether the City will allow “spot zoning” along the Embarcadero for buildings to exceed 84 feet in height as presently proscribed on the GGT&SC site and Seawall Lot 351.

Our Community meeting will provide you with the information about what must be done to put our REFERENDUM on the ballot including voter registration and petition signature gathering.

FOGG will not be alone in this effort as we have the support of many community organizations as we move ahead to save the future of the Northeast Embarcadero waterfront, and our Community’s outdoor recreational center.

FOGG asks that you confirm your attendance at this June 16, 2012 Community meeting as soon as possible as seating is limited to 50/60 persons.

You can confirm your attendance by email to coaches@fogg.us or by calling 415-986-2896.

We look forward to seeing you at there.
