For our supporters who are not San Francisco voters, Proposition B will let voters decide whether to allow any development on SF Port property to exceed the existing height limits.
The San Francisco voters overwhelmingly approved Proposition B in the June 3, 2014 election (58% plus).
The SLC, is headed by Lt. Governor Gavin Newsom, who also strongly supported the 8 Washington Street 136 foot high rise luxury condominium development that would have demolished Bay Club-The Gateway, our neighborhood outdoor recreational center.
The SF Examiner, in the print edition, stated that “Before the trial begins, a case management conference is scheduled for September 21, 2016.”
