I think that the word should be widely spread about the zoning change/ height increase attempt. This would be something with which many San Franciscans could have issue. While this, in itself, won’t save the club, it will certainly slow things down if the developers cannot get a zoning/ height increase variance.

This is another disaster in the making. This is a wonderful facility that really means a lot to San Francisco. I am so tired of developers putting up sub-standard projects (for which they charge exhorbitant rates) by decimating the few recreational areas available to city dwellers.

I truly wonder why they are drilling for core samples around the Golden Gateway Tennis and Swim Club.I can not afford to live there but do not want another hotel where there is a Club now.Why else would they be Drilling Core Samples.Core Samples are for one reason,To check the STRATTA for liquifaction and Solid Rock contenet.They are intending on going UP and I see a FIGHT brewing.
